These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website layman.group (the "Site"), operated by Forward Foundations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Real estate brokerage services described on the Site are provided by The Layman Group, a real estate team affiliated with Shepherds Real Estate. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. No Agency or Brokerage Relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us through the Site does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and The Layman Group or Shepherds Real Estate. A real estate agency relationship is created only through a separate written agreement signed by you and us, consistent with Oklahoma real estate law. Until such an agreement is in place, no fiduciary or representation duties arise.

Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
